Private Dock & Neighborhood Boat Launch
A community neighborhood boat launch is located two houses down for easy boat deployment.
Always secure watercraft properly to the dock. Use of the dock and water access is at your own risk.
Property Care & Good Neighbor Policy
This property is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise levels respectful at all times, particularly during evening hours.
Keep the outdoor areas, deck, and dock clear of trash. All garbage must be bagged. We do not have garbage pickup in Sabine Parish so please take your garbage with you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not allowed. However, to protect your investment, rescheduling is permitted without an expiration date, with your payment applied as a credit toward a future reservation.
No circumstances—including but not limited to early departures, weather conditions, water levels, illness, or personal emergencies—warrant a refund of rent or deposits.
Reservations canceled or altered involving major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.
